Kyle Zwart, MHG’s 2020 Rookie of the Year I came to Arizona a couple years ago from Canada. originally had plans to start a business, but knew an agent that kept telling him that he would be a good fit for the real estate team he worked with. “I don’t think I took him seriously until about the 5th time he told me,” Zwart said “I didn’t want to miss out on an opportunity so after that day I bought the course and completed it in a couple months while I worked construction to pay the bills. I joined the Legacy Real Estate team last year in May, and I closed 26 deals for over $12M in my first 12 months of business. Being open minded to opportunities has always gotten me where I want to go, and taking the time to meet with the Legacy Real Estate Team was by far the best decision I’ve ever made.“
“In the middle of 2019 my wife and I made the leap of faith and quit our careers and moved over a 1,000 miles across the country from Oregon, where we decided we were going to start our growing family,” says MHG Agent, Dylan Schwarm. “My wife was 8 months pregnant and not working. I decided to jump in, full time, to Real Estate. Coming from a corporate job whose motto was “Love All, Serve All” I knew I wanted to take that same mindset and pour everything I had right back into my clients to which I attribute much of my success.” After getting officially licensed in May of 2019 and jumping in for the second half of the year Schwarm finished with one closing but knew he needed to make some profesional changes if this was going to be his full-time job and providing for his family.. In 2020 My home Group welcomed Schwarm to the Laughton Team which would be my first full year in the industry where I finished the year with 20 closed transactions and just over 6 million in production. As of August 2021, year to date, I have 11 closed transactions with $5 Million in production and counting.”
