What’s the difference between “small town” and “home town”? Leah Armstrong says “The people, the connections, the sense of community make all the difference!”

Some might say that Leah Cowles Armstrong is home-grown talent. Growing up in Wickenburg, she learned the value of hard work and perseverance by raising and showing 4H animals, participating in Saddle Club events, and earning Wickenburg’s Miss Gold Nugget Rodeo Queen crown. As a freshman on the WHS Cross Country Team, she set a state record, which stood for nearly two decades!

After earning a business degree from NAU, Leah went on to manage the Hitchin’ Post Stables in Flagstaff for several years before returning to the ‘Burg to work for her family’s business, “My Father’s Retirement Ranch.” Leah’s professionalism and empathy gave her the opportunity to walk with seniors and their loved ones through some precious and sometimes difficult seasons of life.

Leah and her husband, Kevin have made Wickenburg their home for over 20 years. During this time, they have owned and managed several rental homes, and she is now recognized as a Superhost with AirBNB. Their four amazing children, Aaron, Ben, Caleb and Emily, have attended Wickenburg Christian Academy and have been involved in a variety of activities, ranging from Saddle Club, 4H, soccer, baseball, church youth group, Camp Imagination, swim team, basketball, archery, Police Explorers and more… establishing deep roots in the community.

The transition to helping people buy and sell property is a natural progression of her experience. If you’re in the market to buy or sell a residence, a business, or vacant property, Leah’s eager and ready to help you with professionalism and authentic home town service.
