Hello, thanks for peeking in on me. I look forward to an opportunity of working with you on the potential of buying or selling real estate. I’m originally from Washington State and continue with my real estate up there as well but have two adorable grandkids down here and wanted to be a part of their life and the only way to do that was to be here, so here I am! Plus, how can you not like this climate right?

So, you may ask why real estate? Well first off, I LOVE people and am a people person at heart. I love helping with the dream of home ownership, or the daunting task of selling a home and just where to start! My background in construction (I owned/operated a third-generation window & glass shop up in Washington for 25 years) provides me with a huge insight on housing as far as what is “lipstick” and what is real, what to repair/replace when prepping to sell, a huge negotiating advantage, an overall strong work ethic, outstanding communication skills, and lightening quick response time (which sadly is rare in this industry.)

I feel real estate is about relationships, trust, integrity, and dependability, all categories I excel in. So, let’s meet for coffee or an adult beverage and discuss the opportunities. We’ll treat it like an interview where I get the opportunity to “earn” your trust in me, then we’ll be off to the races!
