Strategic Acquisition to Further Expand My Home Group with the 85-Person Brokerage
My Home Group has recently acquired the 85-person brokerage Essential Properties in Goodyear, Arizona, expanding their locations to eighteen in the state.
Founded by Becky Garcia, Essential Properties is a trusted, developed, and producing brokerage that has made a name for themselves in the valley. The acquisition by My Home Group (MHG) was a strategic move for both parties to merge talent, resources, and reputation.
The 85 producing professionals from Essential Properties will now be able to access daily podcast episodes, weekly workshops, continuing education courses, and a culture that is supportive and inspirational.
This access to resources that are continuously improving allows agents around the valley to provide the best and most up-to-date service to their clients. The strategic acquisition by My Home Group was positioned in a way that new agents would be able to continue business or hit the ground running with refreshed skills and access to continuing education courses such as Unique Experience, offered exclusively by My Home Group.
