If you are looking for not only a knowledgeable Realtor but someone who understands you, I am your agent. My background is in Psychology, and I strive to understand my clients’ vision when it comes to their real estate needs. I also work from a place of integrity and compassion. Many of my clients are either Veterans or active-duty military so I focus on serving versus “selling”. This is one of the biggest investments most people make, and I believe in treating this investment as if it were my own money. I work diligently to market my sellers’ private home or investment properties through aggressive marketing and negotiations. Besides being a Realtor I also own investment properties from long-term to short-term vacation rentals. I understand the needs and requirements of investment properties. I can explain the local rental market and direct my clients from a place of personal knowledge and wisdom. My goal is to be of service.

I moved to Arizona 8 years ago to get away from the bitter Midwest winters. My husband and I enjoy riding our Harleys and driving our classic cars. We have homes in both Prescott and Sedona. We are animal lovers and have several rescue dogs and 1 cat. We have family in Mexico so travel there often to spend time with them, as family is very important to us. I enjoy relaxing with family and friends when I’m not working and have found many of my clients have become my friends and feel like extended family.
