MEET THE MENTORS
I’m Todd! I grew up in a small farming community in Iowa. After earning a business degree at Iowa State University, I moved to Phoenix, AZ and made my debut in real estate as a mortgage loan officer for Citicorp, where I specialized in doing Jumbo loans for luxury homebuyers in North Scottsdale. After gaining 10 years of knowledge & experience, I started my own independent mortgage broker business with a small team of hand-picked professionals. In 2011, I traded my mortgage broker’s license for a real estate license and became a full-time Realtor. With close to 3000 escrows under my belt, I became a certified instructor at the Arizona School of Real Estate and Business in 2015. Shortly thereafter, I obtained my real estate broker’s license and have enjoyed being both a Consulting Broker and Managing Broker for local brokerages here in AZ, before becoming the Managing Broker at My Home Group. In my free time I enjoy working in the garage or around the yard, playing a round of golf or traveling to visit my daughter in San Francisco and South Dakota. I also spend a week or two every summer in Iowa.
