They established the Laughton Group as a RE/MAX franchise in 2007 and the very next year ranked tenth among the top 100 RE/MAX international teams. They continue today as top performers in the real estate industry as they were named #1 team in the Southwest Region in December and have played significant roles in the transformation and growth of Peoria’s landscape.

Jennifer, a native of Pittsburgh, moved to Arizona 2003 and proved herself to be a dependable advocate who is is professional, diligent, enthusiastic, and passionate about her work. She has cultivated quality resources and contacts to benefit home buyers and sellers alike.
George grew up in a small farming town in Oklahoma where he graduated high school as a valedictorian in 1998 and earned an academic scholarship to Oklahoma State University. He moved to Arizona in 2000 and continued his education at Arizona State University majoring in global business management.
Their professional qualifications include Certified Distressed Property Experts, Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR) certified, and they are studying to achieve the Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designation.
Their passion extends beyond their profession and serving clients. They — and every member of their team — are pledged to make a difference in their community. All of their donations are used within the community. They have donated part of their commissions to the Children’s Miracle Network and contribute to Phoenix Children’s Hospital and the Sojourner’s women’s shelter.

George and Jennifer have lived and worked in northwest Phoenix for 13 years and their two sons, Blake and Liam. They enjoy an active family life that includes hiking, riding bicycles, CrossFit strength and conditioning training, and taking part in community events.
