In Person Training
UX Growth + Coaching is an 8-week in-person group training and accountability program. The comprehensive curriculum can benefit agents at any level of production. UX offers workshop-style sessions designed to see immediate results in your productivity and overall business.
UX + Mentorship
UX + Mentorship provides additional one-on-one business coaching and support through contract writing and transactions. You will be paired with an experienced agent who you can contact for questions anytime. This is a great option for agents who want additional accountability and more personalized training.

Liz is a sales and marketing specialist who coaches real estate and mortgage professionals to help them excel in their field. She utilizes her relationship building skills along with a forward-thinking approach to consistently exceed her agent partner’s expectations. Liz has a deep knowledge of real estate tech and trends, social media, and marketing strategies that she shares with every student she trains.
Andrew has been licensed with My Home Group since 2012 and has won numerous awards including “Rookie of the Year in 2013” and “Elite Producer” in 2017 with over $10M in personal production that year. Andrew’s extensive knowledge of traditional sales, remodeling/rehabbing properties, and the flipping and investment side of the business leave him with a very well rounded perspective of our local market. As a consulting broker who answers the MHG Broker Hotline, he knows how to answer even the toughest contract questions. By mentoring and coaching other agents, Andrew feels that he is able to give back and make a positive impact on our industry.
